We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 10 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be refused and no credit will be issued.
All exchanged items must be received first in order to complete the exchange. Please allow 15 to 20 days for your exchange to be processed.
Shipping and handling charges, insurance and signature confirmation fees will not refunded.
Any returns on orders with FREE shipping will be charged a $9.95 shipping charge if the refund brings the merchandise order total below the $100.00 minimum.
Merchandise received by Dastockroom without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), or not meeting any other of the above criteria, will not be processed as a return and will not be returned to the sender.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Sorry, we cannot accept undergarments or tights for returns or exchanges.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For an exchange, list the size, color and style of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange is out of stock and we are not able to fulfill your request. In this case a refund will be issued and the re-stocking fee will be charged.
Customer is responsible for paying the new shipping charges for the exchanged item regardless of the exchanged value. An invoice will be sent via Paypal for the new shipping charges and will need to be paid before then exchange is shipped.
