Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Your actual delivery time depends on the USPS and your location. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled and the item is out of stock you will be notified via email. In most cases due to time constraints, we will issue a refund for the out of stock item rather than offering a substitution.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an dispatch email. You will also receive a shipping email from PAYPAL. This email will contain your tracking number.
If in the event you have not received your dispatch or shipping email, please check your spam folder first prior to contacting us. If neither emails are located within your spam folder or within your inbox, that's a good indication that order hasn't been processed yet.
